Chicken Parmesan over Pasta
Looking to change up my usual Chicken Parmesan recipe, I decided to try something new. Instead of individual stacks of breaded chicken, I opted for a delicious casserole-style dish. And instead of skipping the pasta, I served it over angel hair pasta for a satisfying meal.
To create this dish, I griddled the tenders and then carefully laid them into my homemade marinara. Next, I covered the entire dish with a generous amount of freshly grated whole milk mozzarella, parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. The result? A melty cheesy casserole style dinner that provided a delightful twist on traditional Chicken Parmesan. There was only two helpings of leftovers after everyone got their fill, which was perfect.
